Facility Rental Fee Schedule

For determination of charges, organizations seeking the use of school facilities have been divided into 2 categories and the District Office makes the final determination regarding categorization:
  • Category 1: Organizations whose primary focus is providing opportunities to the students of the Hamilton School District (ie. Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, 4-H, youth sports)
  • Category 2: Organizations providing services primarily to adults or out-of-district students (ie. Community clubs, businesses)

*There is a $25, one-time, administration fee for all rentals

*If a custodian is not regularly scheduled during the rental time then a $25 per hour fee is added with a minimum charge of 2 hours

*All estimated facility rental fees must be prepaid. No refunds will be given for cancellations by user, however fees paid for activities may be applied to reschedule with the addition of an administration fee
